Explore Scientific USA includes a Limited 1 Year Warranty with any purchase made with our company; however, by registering your product within 60 days of purchase you are eligible to be covered under the Explore STAR Transferrable Extended Lifetime Warranty.
Please note: Electronic products are subject to a Limited 2 Year Warranty unless otherwise stated on product.

• Regular Maintenance – Explore Scientific offers complimentary cleaning and collimation to registered scopes, as well as professional cleaning for any Explore Scientific eyepieces and various equipment. Shipping charges apply on Regular Maintenance. We can help with shipping charges by using our shipping accounts to lower the cost of shipping, all you have to do is ask.
• Repair – We’re confident in the quality of the products we produce, therefore we’re willing to back our product and repair any issues you experience with our equipment guaranteed. Shipping charges will apply to Repair if the product is over 30 days from purchase date. We can help with shipping charges by using our shipping accounts to lower the cost of shipping, all you have to do is ask.
• Support – Get the most from your products with an easy to use online technical support account to quickly ask questions or create a return, as well as access to representatives via email, phone call, or chat; Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time.
• Offers & Updates – Receive special offers, new products, or feature updates as soon as we release them!

Below you can conveniently register all Explore Scientific brand product(s).

IMPORTANT: Make sure to register ALL Explore Scientific products that have a serial number; such as eyepieces, focusers, viewfinders, and more.

To Get Started

Enter the product name, model number, or description under the Product Name tab.

Next, locate the serial number if available and enter it under the Serial Number tab, then ensure the Purchase Date is correct.

For products that do not include a serial number, use the product item number followed by the date of purchase expressed in a six-digit format.
For example, a purchase date of January 1, 2018, would be entered as 010118.

Last, simply enter the place of purchase under Purchase Location. If you have access to the original receipt of purchase, please upload a picture or a copy of the file to our Product Receipt tab.

If you have created an account previously on our website all that is left is to check the registration information you have entered and select “Register”. If you do not currently have an account, please complete the form to create the account for access to all registration details and any orders you place with us!
